Wonderful staff. Nikki is really friendly. Excellent communication about everything. They are also accommodating if you have difficulties. I need extensive work and even though I have apprehensions from personal fear I am still excited to go back and get my mouth taken care of. I've already recommended to a friend too.

My wife had a severe emergency and was overwhelmed by how fantastic her experience was at McKinney Periodontics, from assessment to successful surgery all in the same day. All staff treated her with such great care. Had no pain, swelling, no post surgery issue at all. The care was way above and beyond expectations. Can be no better periodontist office in the Dallas-Ft Worth metroplex area.

I highly recommend McKinney Periodontics and Implant Dentistry! Dr. Philofsky and his staff were wonderful. While far from fun to have a tooth extracted and an implant put it, they made it as comfortable for me as possible and educated me on how to care for the implant afterwards. It was quite reassuring to be given a phone number to call should I experience any problems. I felt completely taken care of. I had my final visit and was told I was completely healed and ready for the crown. Should I ever have need of periodontics and implant services again, McKinney Periodontics and Implant Dentistry is where I will go, and the place I will recommend to friends.
